Multiple Appointment Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card must be presented upon booking of multiple appointments.
If a client cancels within 48 hours notice, there is no charge.
If a client cancels 24 hours before their appointments, there will be a 50% charge.
If a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice or does not show, they will be charged fully for all services they had booked.
Promptness is very important to keep everyone on schedule. Late clients’ appointment times will be adjusted accordingly so that the next client can be taken on time. If you have a Massage or Facial scheduled, please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to scheduled time to fill out paperwork.
